Data Transfers

The Data Processor agrees not to transfer Personal Data to any third party without the prior written consent of the Data Controller, except as required by law.

Termination

Upon termination of this Agreement, the Data Processor shall, at the choice of the Data Controller, return all Personal Data and copies thereof to the Data Controller or securely delete such data.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Khayeetwar.com operates.
